enquiry form. Once your holiday has been reserved, please complete
the booking form and
return it to us without delay.
Payments can be by cheque or
credit card over the phone. |

| deposits and balance |
| We ask for a 30% deposit
with the booking. The balance of the rental is payable at least 28
days prior to the commencement of your stay; a reminder will be sent
42 days beforehand. For bookings taken within 6 weeks of your holiday
start date, payment is required in full. All major credit cards, with
the exception of American Express, are accepted at East Rose. Cancellation
Insurance is available from the proprietors at reasonable rates. |

| cottages |
| Our cottages are non-smoking. They
are available from 3pm on the day of your arrival until 10am on the
day of departure. All cottages have full electric heating with direct
reading meters that are read at the end of your stay, except Mowhay.
Mowhay has gas central heating. All cottages except Mowhay also have
a Night Storage Heater; an additional charge of £8 per week is made
for their use. All cottages have full bed and kitchen linen with kitchens
equipped for the chef in your party. Towels are provided for overseas
guests. |

| dogs |

| Well-behaved dogs are welcome at an
additional charge of £15 per dog per week. Rottweilers and Pitt Bull
Terriers are not accepted. |

| Cots, highchairs and shower chairs
are available at no extra charge. Put-up beds are available in certain
cottages at the owner’s discretion |

| 1. |
Every
effort is made to ensure that all amenities advertised
are available but no liability can be accepted
for any omissions. |
| 2. |
Accommodation
is available from 3 pm on the first day of booking.
By 10 am on the day of departure, the accommodation
must be vacated and the equipment, furniture and
premises handed over in as good a condition as
they were taken over. Any damage, loss or destruction
shall be made good by the applicants who also
undertake the preservation and cleanliness of
the goods and premises until handed over at the
end of the booking. |

If
for any reason the booked accommodation is not
available, liability shall be limited to a full
refund of the monies paid to the Proprietors. |
| 4. |
The
Proprietors shall not be held responsible or liable
for any loss or damage to valuables, personal
property of any kind, motor vehicles, motor cycles,
boats etc or personal injury or death, direct
or indirect, irrespective of how it was sustained,
occasioned or caused to anyone of any age (including
persons under 18 years) who is a resident or invitee
of the proprietors whether caused by or resulting
from any default, wilful act, negligence, omission,
neglect or otherwise on the part of the Proprietors,
their servants or agents or any residents, guests
or invitees. |

Well-behaved
dogs are welcomed at East Rose at a charge of
£15 per dog per week. Dogs are accepted
on the basis that they are kept under control
at all times and not left unattended in the cottages. |

Full
bed linen is provided. Towels are only provided
for visitors travelling from abroad. |

The
balance of the cottage rental should be forwarded
at least 28 days before your arrival at East Rose. |
